Organization
We are a non-profit corporation with shareholders and a Board of Directors. Shares of stock are inseparably linked to parcel ownership and transferred at the time of parcel purchase. Since KMWC’s inception a volunteer Board of Directors has overseen the operation of the Company. They are elected at the Annual Shareholder’s Meeting the 4th Saturday of June.
