Billing

No Rate Increase: We are pleased to inform you that the total amount billed to each customer remains the same as last year. (First payment is due on Memorial Day (5/25/26) and the remainder is due on Labor Day (9/7/26)

Special Assessment Integrated into Regular Billing: The previous $200 special assessment has now been incorporated into the regular service billing. While the structure of the billing has changed, the total annual amount due has not changed.

Billing Fee for Mailed Bills: Starting last year, we implemented a $5 fee for mailed bills to help cover rising mailing costs. If you currently receive mailed bills, you can avoid this fee by switching to email billing. This does not affect you mailing in a payment, only if we mail you a bill.

Payments: You may pay the full amount now or make two payments (as always, due Memorial Day and Labor Day). You can make payments via QuickBooks or by mail (1908 Vintage Lane Fairfield, CA 94534).

We prefer online payments. We encourage all customers to switch to email billing. This helps reduce costs, cuts down on paper waste, and ensures you receive your bill and payment reminders promptly.
