Rates As a non-profit KMWC delivers its fresh Sierra Mountain water to its consumers at actual cost of production and delivery which includes wages, maintenance and infrastructure. A significant amount of volunteerism helps lower our rates.
Billing Water bills are sent out once a year in early January. They may be paid in one or two installments. Prompt payment is critical to keep our system running smoothly and to prevent late penalties from accruing.
2025Water Bills The first payment is due Memorial Day May 26, 2025 The second payment is due Labor Day September 1, 2025
